Studies show that weight displaced evenly across the body can help the body relax and can lead to a more restful sleep; and when you get a restful night's sleep, you can be ready for the day ahead.
The weight of the blankets can actually decrease cortisol levels and increase serotonin and melatonin levels, which decreases stress/anxiety and encourages sleep, naturally. This helps the body/mind rest for the full night by getting you to the REM state quicker and longer, reducing tossing and turning, and having you feel more rested when you wake up.
What is it made of?
This product comes with a quilted, removable cover made of soft micro-fiber, and a weighted inner blanket made of cotton. The weight comes from high-density beads that are housed in the quilted squares of the weighted blanket.
Color: Gray outer cover; Blue inner blanket.
Material: Microfiber (for the outer duvet cover); Cotton (for the inner weighted blanket)

The inner and outer blankets are machine-washable (cold water wash).
Which weight should I get?
It's recommended that the blanket should be 8%-12% of your body weight. Please refer to the following suggested selections based on current body weight.
