Buy One Give One Holiday Campaign A Success

These past few months have flown by, but I wanted to give an update on the Buy One, Give One Holiday Campaign that was held last winter.

During the Holiday BOGO Event, every purchase of a stuffed animal from DYB guaranteed that a recovering patient at the Valley Children's Hospital in Madera received a stuffed animal as well, bringing comfort and love to a child who needs it most. 

The unopened, donated stuffed animals were delivered to the Child Life Department the afternoon of December 22, 2017. 

The total number of donations reached 126 stuffed animals; that's 46 more than the original goal of 80!

A Thank You card from the Hospital stated that the stuffed animals "brought a great deal of smiles and happiness!" That is what it's all about -- for the kids.

Thank you to the supporters of the Holiday BOGO Campaign and in helping to bring those smiles and happiness (and knowing that others are thinking of them) to the patients at Valley Children's Hospital. DYB couldn't have done it without you!
